These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the BP88 online gaming platform, operated at https://bp88.cam ("Platform", "BP88", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

BP88 provides online casino games, sports betting services, live dealer tables, lottery, and arcade products primarily to players located in Malaysia. Our services are delivered in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a User on the BP88 Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held within a User's Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User subject to specific wagering requirements and terms distinct from real-money funds.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of funds from a User's personal payment method into their BP88 Account.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of eligible funds from a User's BP88 Account to a nominated personal payment method.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age, and payment ownership.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, promotions, and ancillary features available on the BP88 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory or country from which access to the BP88 Platform is expressly restricted.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on BP88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person acting in your individual capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from BP88 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of BP88 or any affiliated entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and with your own funds — third-party account usage or fund pooling is strictly prohibited.
• You possess the legal right and capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

BP88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in Account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the BP88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify BP88 promptly of any changes by contacting our support team.

BP88 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request exceeding a threshold determined at BP88's discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits.

Access to the BP88 Platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis for lawful recreational use only. By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and wagering within the bounds of these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets, wagers, and game participation are final once confirmed, subject to any applicable bet settlement rules.
• BP88 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, due to technical fault, or as a result of manifest error in pricing or odds.
• Participation in games and betting carries inherent financial risk. BP88 does not guarantee any return or profit from your participation.
• The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance periods, and BP88 shall not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.

BP88 supports a range of Malaysian payment channels for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — generally RM50 for e-wallets and bank transfers, and USDT 50 equivalent for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• BP88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent practicable, as part of our anti-money laundering controls.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes after approval.
• Direct bank wire transfers are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during operating hours.
• BP88 does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by banking system maintenance, public holidays, or high-volume periods.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification or pending clearance of any active Bonus wagering requirements.

BP88 offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. One bonus claim per household, IP address, and payment method applies.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified for each individual offer (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x the bonus amount). Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While any bonus is active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game is MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified in the individual offer terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings at BP88's discretion.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate of 10% to 20% or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published on each offer's detail page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the period stated on the individual offer — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses cap the amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from bonus play. This limit, where applicable, is stated in the individual offer terms.
• BP88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

All sports betting markets on BP88 are governed by the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules may apply in addition to these general conditions and are published within the relevant betting section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are accepted solely at BP88's discretion. BP88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• Manifest Error: In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or market data (including, but not limited to, technical faults or data feed errors), BP88 reserves the right to void affected bets. A manifest error is defined as an obvious mistake apparent to any reasonable observer.
• Bet Cancellation: Bets may not be cancelled or altered by the User after placement except where the Platform provides a specific "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" function that is available and active for the relevant bet at the relevant time.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in the event of event cancellation, abandonment, or where a minimum number of periods of play have not been completed as specified in sport-specific rules.
• Settlement: BP88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to settle all markets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event. Incorrect settlements will be corrected and affected Accounts adjusted accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening more than one Account on the BP88 Platform under any name, email address, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent coordinated betting activity.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, the processing of illicit funds, or any other activity that contravenes applicable financial crime legislation.
• Abusing or exploiting promotional offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematically low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to BP88 other than through BP88's official dispute resolution process.

All content on the BP88 Platform — including but not limited to the BP88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, data, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of BP88 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes as contemplated by these Terms. No User may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without BP88's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BP88, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Services offered thereon.

BP88's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their BP88 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit BP88's liability for death or personal injury caused by BP88's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

BP88 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform, including registration data, transaction records, KYC documentation, and usage data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data rights — including rights of access, correction, and deletion — by contacting our support team at the email address provided in the Contact Us section below.

BP88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users of the Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. We strongly encourage all players to set and observe personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including their formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which BP88 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between BP88 and a User that cannot be resolved through BP88's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Users agree to attempt resolution through BP88's support team in the first instance before escalating any dispute.
